After signing up for the Autoship program, USANA will automatically deliver to your doorstep your autoship order as needed to meet your nutritional needs and personal care.
- What does Autoship mean? Autoship means that your order is sent to you automatically every 4 or 8 weeks or as regular as deemed necessary by you. This is particularly useful when ordering vitamins or any products that you will use on a regular basis. If you are on autoship you will be paying 10% to 20% from regular price.
- Do I have to sign up for Autoship when I become a Preferred Customer? No, you can simply choose to sign up as a Preferred Customer without Autoship. However, you will not be able to take full advantage of the extra 10% discount on your orders available to Preferred Customer who order regularly. Preferred Customers who are not on autoship, pay wholesale prices. You are free to change your Autoship order whenever you want online or by phone Premium-Vitamins. Once you change your order it will remain as is until you change it again.
- Is there a minimum amount I have to spend each month when I am on Autoship? There is no minimum order, and you can cancel or put your Autoship on hold at any time.
- Do I have to order the same products each month when I am on USANA Autoship Program? No, you can change your order every month either by phone or online. It’s fast and simple.
- Can I stop or delay my Autoship Order? Yes, if you see that you are accumulating too much products and don’t want your Autoship delivered next month, you can put it on hold and set a resume date, or call when you want to resume.
